Human Resources Assistant for a Healthcare Company in Valencia, CA. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for assisting employees in filling out LOA and Workers Comp paperwork. The Human Resources Assistant will assist employees with HR related issues and various tasks assigned by the Manager. This role is temporary at the moment but could go long term if you are the right fit. The Human Resources Assistant must have at LEAST 1 year of HR experience - this is a requirement for this role. In addition, the HR Assistant should be: - Knowledgeable about time off, time sheets, LOAs, Worker's Comp, Benefits, etc. - Experienced with new hire orientation processes such as I-9s, W2s, etc. - Have ATS/HRIS software experience - Strong in Excel and Word skills This company offers Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.
