Construction manager (CM) oversees daily construction progress and ensures Huntington Hospital’s policies and procedures are followed. Ensures compliance with building and safety regulations. In addition, CM reviews all work in advance with Contractors field staff and coordinates the communications from the field to end-users construction activity. Education: High School or GED, Trade School, College Experience/Training: Minimum 4 years experience in acute care plant operations and construction experience. Licenses/Certifications: Stationary engineer license preferred.Boiler license preferred. Skills: Fire watch knowledge and building infrastructure needs and requirements.Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Medical Gas systems and their shutdown process. Software skills in Excel, Word, Skype and Bluebeam.
