  • Possible projects covering everything from new region and new product launches to audits and global compliance projects

  • Assist project and program managers in the development of detailed tasks lists and the administration/coordination of projects

  • Work with the project management team to track and monitor project information, data and tasks to ensure activities are managed properly, meet all business and system requirements, and are completed on time.

  • Communicate project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to stakeholders in a timely manner, including working with various project members on outstanding action items

  • Reporting and escalating issues identified to management as needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, solutions and data architects, product owners, software engineers, developers, technical leads, and business users to ensure timely and accurate delivery of a project

  • Develop project deliverables, such as requirements and training documentation as required

  • Assist the project manager in scheduling meetings, capturing minutes/actions from meetings, and following up with stakeholders to make sure agreed actions are being worked on

  • Assist in developing and managing project status documentation and communications


  • Interested in the eCommerce / Tech space

  • Interested in Program and Project Management

  • Basic Project management skills, methodologies and analytical skills

  • Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality

  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google G-suite

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and customer needs while maintaining a high level of discipline, flexibility, professionalism and humor

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

  • High level of comfort with learning new software tools

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret

  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a well-functioning team

  • High attention to detail

  • Diplomacy, tact and relationship building skills as well as ability to compromise

  • Ability to create effective presentations

  • Availability to work up to 40 hours per week
