Your Next Challenge:
Based in our Los Angeles HQ office, you will lead our Onboarding team to efficiently and effectively transition our new Team Members, whilst partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Management colleagues, as we strive to be one of the best places to work. Manage Talent Administration, Onboarding and Career Transitions Process
Manage, coach and develop the HR Talent Admin staff
HR Administration: Oversee the maintenance of all HR Administration including employee records, personnel status updates, HR reports, terminations, and new hiring.
Implements, activates and develops processes for any new approved systems.
Monitors, improves, and facilitates the on-boarding process of all new hires.
HRIS and other HR technology systems
Handles HRIS systems support & administration as a subject matter expert, including day to day issue resolution and act as a key resource of HRIS.
Handle reporting strategy work and ad hoc reporting requests as well as enhance metrics and dashboard build and usage.
Coordinates US immigration process by working the with the HR Generalist/HRBP, legal counsel and expatriates to secure US employment authorization
Oversees all employee files including but not limited to, general employment documents, I-9s, US immigration, benefits, disability as well as EEO tracking and reporting
Compliance: Ensures that the company is compliant with State and Federal guidelines, i.e. posting requirements, Leaves of Absence/time off programs, Department of Homeland Security/ICE, EEO-1, and
Talent and Team Engagement Initiatives
Collaborates with the Talent Teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive delivery of HR programs relative to the hiring, on boarding, engagement, development and retention of the workforce.
Acts as a change agent and proactively recommend practice changes and innovative approaches to address management and business objectives.
Embeds our Creative Channel Services culture and values, acting as a role model and champion
Project Management : General management and delivery of projects in Talent Management Operations
- Conducts needs assessment, analysis, and creating detailed, comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution of programs

Education and Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of people management experience of an HR team, HRIS management (SAP, ADP preferred), and project management with a focus in HR Operations.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or other related equivalent degrees, or any combination of related education and experience that provides the knowledge and abilities to perform the job required.
Professional HR Certification from accredited agencies: SHRM, or HRCI is highly recommended.
Experience in working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment and in a marketing, retail and/or technology industries a plus
Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and customers in person and on the phone. Regular walking, standing and sitting. Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
Work Schedule and Travel Requirements:
- Some travel, evening, and weekend work may be required.
