Job Description


  • Design sophisticated presentations, pitch books and ad hoc design projects for investment Bankers using appropriate software

  • Import, revise and design compelling graphics as necessary

  • Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitch books, graphs, charts, presentations and other print/design projects

  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics


  • Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects

  • Maintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking tool

  • Coordinate all work requests within the global queue, assessing deadlines, availability, work type and determining whether work remains onshore or need to be processed in other locations

  • Monitor work flow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately and within deadlines

  • Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion

  • Ensure all relevant information is gained and correct billing code is assigned

  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information

  • Train new employees on policies and procedures

  • Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.

  • Assist with monthly metrics and reporting

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a presentation design production environment. Financial services background a plus.

  • Demonstrated proficiency working in Microsoft office suite, particularly native excel and PowerPoint as well as the ability to learn macros

  • Extensive knowledge of specialized applications, including Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator. MapInfo is a plus.

  • Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Job review and estimation skills

  • Capacity coordination shift allocation and planning

  • Deadline management which includes managing wait times and turnaround times (TAT)

  • Interaction with on-site managers in terms of understanding the job, assessment of complexity and time negotiations
