Seeking a well-qualified Help Desk Analyst II with proven success in a corporate environment. This person will provide in-person and remote support while exhibiting excellent customer service for 250+ employees. This position requires a self-starter that can hit the ground running. Because this role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization.
