First Entertainment offers banking services to members of the entertainment community by being Member Focused, providing Excellence, Integrity and Respect, and Teamwork our Core Values.The individual will be responsible for delivering an excellent member service experience to current and potential members. They will be responsible for building member relationships through individual efforts by educating and advising members about First Entertainment products and services. Responsibilities:Responsible for the effective and efficient performance of quality service and sales to the members.Actively identify opportunities to effectively cross-sell products and services that meet member needs.Accurately present information and perform tasks associated with opening and closing various account types offered by the credit union.Accurately present information and perform tasks associated with the processing and funding of various consumer loans offered by the credit union.Accurately perform monetary and file maintenance transactions, such as account record changes, transactions associated with new deposit accounts, loan transactions, and wire requests.Actively resolve memberand#39;s requests, inquiries, questions, or problems in a timely and professional manner.Actively follow up on new and pending accounts and applications.Serve in a dual control capacity for operational tasks to ensure adequate controls are maintained where appropriate. Dual control can be associated with card issuance systems.Experience:High school graduate or equivalent. Work-related experience or related college degree preferred.Must have 2 years call center experience.Up to two years experience as a multi-skilled Teller or Member Service Representative at a full-service financial institution or experience in a related position in a related field. Proven success at exceeding goals and/or sales expectations. Cash handling experience required.Possess good customer service and sales skills.Possess good communication skills both verbally and written.Possess thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services, procedures and guidelines, and field of membership requirements.Possess thorough knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities.Ability to read, speak and write clearly to convey information effectively.Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate and represent the Credit Union positively with members, co-workers and management. A significant level of trust and diplomacy required, in addition to courtesy and tact.Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusion or approaches to regular and customaryproblems.Pays close attention to detail.Problem-solving skills to effectively research, investigate, and offer solutions to various issues that are relatively simple in nature.Excellent organization, planning, and follow-up skills.Able to use good judgment daily within scope of authority.
