Responsibilities

Position Summary:

All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and the values of the organization. The person doing this job is responsible for scheduling and coordinating community health classes, conducting outreach, public awareness, and recruitment activities for the Health Ministry program.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one-year experience in community outreach and advocacy work as a community health promoter.

  • High School degree or its equivalency.

  • Graduate of the Esperanza Community Housing Corporation's Community Health Promoter Program or similar training program.

  • A valid California Drivers license, use of a car, and certificate of insurance.
