Develops deep knowledge within a complex product group
Investigates and prioritizes advertising issues, escalating to aspecialist when appropriate for further troubleshooting or de-bugging
Owns tasks end to end until they are assigned to a specialist
Discerns product confusion from bugs, identifies solutions and advisesthe sales team advertisers to accomplish the advertisers’ desired outcome
Effectively and concisely communicates technical resolution, workaroundsor product confusion to the sales team
Partners with product support group specialists to identify solutions toadvertising bugs and product confusion
Facilitates a high end customer experience related to support foradvertising bugs
Mentors team members and own product support areas
Possesses ability to support a rotating on call support schedule as wellas working in the client office Monday through Friday
- Minimum of 1 year ofexperience with product technical support
Technical, Associateand/or Bachelor’s degree within math, statistics, computer science, informationsystems, or similar facet
Experience usingFacebook products
Technical backgroundwith proficiency in SQL

Ability to rapidly assess,analyze and resolve/troubleshoot issues as well as distill into clear andconcise communications
Strong communication(written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Aptitude to supportcomplex products
Ability to overcomeproduct learning curve and to work in teams
Ability to thinkcritically and problem solve
Fluency with theEnglish language
