Online Marketing Manager El Segundo, CA Full time Our client is a leading online service provider. The company focuses its services on small businesses, home offices, and online retailers. They are a well-established company with over 17 years in business and are looking to add a team member. The Online Marketing Manager will lead the execution and analysis of online marketing campaigns and corporate communications initiatives. This individual will work cross functionally with internal department teams to generate information which will assist in maximizing revenue opportunities. The Online Marketing Manager and the online marketing department is in charge of driving brand recognition and new customer attainment to the company and its affiliates. Utilizing all forms of online media, the Online Marketing Manager and the online marketing team communicate the features and benefits of the company's products in order to acquire new prospects, convert existing prospects in paid subscribers, maximize revenue, and ensure both product at the company's objectives are met. Top Must Haves: The ability to analyze marketing programs, through data and trends, to create marketing opportunities. The aptitude to suggest improvements for online campaigns that use Paid Search, Paid Media, Google Adwords, etc. Online acquisitions optimization skills Experience with managing outside agencies Software Preferred or like tools: Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics Experience with ad serving software such as Adwords, Facebook, DoubleClick, etc. Experience with email service providers such as SilverPop, MailChimp, SendGrid, etc. Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills Responsibilities: Drive new customer acquisition through creating, implementing and managing online advertising campaigns including paid search, display, email and affiliate programs. Measure how campaigns are performing to KPIs and suggest as well as implement optimization tactics using benchmark reports. Implement and manage web development projects on behalf of the marketing team by collaborating with other departments, Recognize and create thought-provoking industry content including blog posts, email newsletters, market reports, infographics, etc. Work with agencies, manage day-to-day operations and conduct campaign optimization for paid search, display and affiliate programs. Develop benchmarking reports to measure how paid search, display and affiliate programs are performing to KPIs and suggest how to improve response rates. Develop content and other brand communications for SEO, social media, public relations and brand marketing. Observe online reputation and execute tactics designed to improve reputation on review sites.
