A non-profit in Beverly Hills is looking for an Administrative Assistant on a temporary-to-hire basis. As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the office including database management in Salesforce, answering phones, assisting with event planning, scheduling meetings and assisting with other office needs. The non-profit holds several events throughout the year including small gathering in the local area and a large annual event. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a database and have 1-2 years of administrative experiences. Bachelor's degree in a plus. Hours for the position are Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm with some event work for events. Once full-time this position can pay $40-50k DOE.
