A privately owned construction company in Woodland Hills is looking for a project coordinator for an upcoming project. The project coordinator will be responsible for: - Keeping track of project to do list - Scheduling and coordinating meetings as needed - Ensuring project stays on schedule and budget - Submitting documents and obtaining permits - Create punch-list The project coordinator will be reporting directly to the VP of the company and must be able to effectively communicate the progress of the project. This is a temporary position that runs the duration of the project but does have the opportunity to become full-time.
