Our client, a member-focused credit union is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant who loves building solid customer relationships and assisting varied departments. This position is based in a dynamic office setting- working with an upbeat and dedicated team. The Administrative Assistant will support varied departments with financial loans, processing mail, filling titles, updating confidential member information, scanning files, coordinating financial packets and assisting members with accounts-including delinquent and bankruptcy affairs. Prior experience working in banking, credit-union or other financial intuitions is a huge plus! The motivated Administrative Assistants should have strong computer skills -Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, stellar data entry, strong attention to detail, and be highly organized. Additionally, customer service skills are critical in this role so the Administrative Assistant must be well versed in relationship building, have an excellent phones presence, the ability to work in a team environment and willing to step and help day to day tasks.
