Bank of America Home Equity Process Designer in Westlake Village, California

Job Description:

  • Perform Process Design for Home Equity Processes includeing both Underwriting and Fulfillment

  • Proactively review process to identify control gaps or weakness, and opportunities to improve efficiency and delight

  • Support process owner for Home Equity processes, ressponible to review process maps and ensure controls and monitoring are sufficient

  • Review training modules and procedures periodically based on Enterprise standards

  • Partner with Business Enablement& Controls peers, Control Partners, Home Equity leadership, Technology and Credit Policy Sr. leadership to escalate new and emerging issues

  • Accountable to monitor project implementation through production certification and monitoring stages to ensure controls are sufficent and ensure project delivered desired outcomes

  • Monitor project plans to ensure project will deliver high-quality and efficient work within Consumer Lending Fulfillment; with a focus on Client Delight, efficiency and expense reduction

  • Accountable to execute on issue (SIAI, CIAI, RIAI, AIAI) and project deliverables, to ensure milestones are effective and completed timely

  • Engage with a variety of partners across the business, controls and support partners to enable collaboration and expedient decision making
