We may hire either a Business Change Advisor, Business Change Advisor Senior or a Business Change Manager, depending on years of experience, and may be located at any Anthem location or work from a home office.
Business Change Advisor or Senior:
Responsible for assisting the senior leadership team within the Medicaid Interventions (CCQM) team and the organization in bridging the gap between the current and desired business performance levels and balancing short-term business needs with long-term perspectives on success to ensure that our change journey produces desired results. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Coordinates and manages our member incentive programs. Facilitates and coordinates annual planning process for the business unit. Facilitates identification of leadership's priorities and establishment of goals within the context of a designated journey plan. Develops journey plan and maps to reach goals and educates key stakeholders in use of these tools. Oversees utilization of additional management tools and processes.
Business Change Manager:
Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope.
Leads efforts to identify best practices.
Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Designs methods for integrating function and process.
Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 2-8 years of process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Healthcare experienced required, managed care preferred. Experience with Medicaid, Clinical Quality, HEDIS and/or member incentives or member interventions is preferred. Experience with specialty populations is a plus.
