  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Experience and technical background in Windows and Apple systems o At least 3 years of onsite customer level 2/3 support o Deployments, break/fix, troubleshooting o SSCM and Bitlocker experience a plus o Experience with Remedy, ServiceNow (huge plus) or other ticketing system o Need to have face to face end user support exp. o Environment: 80% dell, Windows 7 OS

  • Take ownership and drive assignments to completion

  • Customer-facing experience, acting as the customer advocate within the company.

  • Willingness to work shifts based on customer requirements o Have needs at different times o Willing to work 2nd 3rd shifts

Requirements: I. Job Purpose/Objective Using documentation and computer knowledge analyzes and resolves problems relating to 1. Operating System (Macintosh + Windows) 2. Desktop and Laptop Hardware 3. Portable PC hardware 4. Peripheral hardware Duties may include hardware remedial maintenance, preventive maintenance, installation and moves of equipment and related devices. II. Essential Job Functions 1. Install desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. 2. Use diagnostic utilities to troubleshoot computer hardware. 3. Perform remedial repair and preventive maintenance. 4. Manage replacement parts inventories to meet service levels. 5. Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards. 6. Follow standard Helpdesk operating procedures; accurately log and resolve all tickets using ServiceNow III. Additional Job Functions 1. Hardware configurations and setup. 2. Installation of Desktop operating systems. 3. Research and apply technical resources. 4. Perform other related duties as may be required. IV. Working Conditions/Job Environment 1. Degree of physical demands (strength) usually associated with this position. Able to lift 50 pounds 2.
