Princess Cruises – We are currently searching for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist who supports driving efficient and personalized brand awareness, web traffic & conversion through paid search, display, affiliate, paid social and organic search. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Implement integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple digital channels in collaboration with multiple teams internal and external

  • Develop and traffic digital banner creatives to engage our core segments across the purchasing funnels, working with internal & external creative teams as well as publishers.

  • Work with media agency to drive as much qualified paid search traffic as possible within the confines of budget through keyword development, ad copy, bid strategies, campaign structure and audience segmentation

  • Work with SEO agency to ensure that Princess is consistently organically ranking in the top positions for highly searched vacation and cruise related keywords using SEO best practices, including content creation, keyword planning and development and UX improvements

  • Collaborate with CRM team and media team to find / test audiences leveraging Data Management Platform

  • Collaborate with personalization and Martech team to create integrated, personalized experiences on and off site

  • Maintain and plan homepage content calendar that supports retail and personalization efforts

  • Help further development of digital test and learn roadmap

  • Review, analyze and distribute media and SEO reporting

  • Work with key affiliates to obtain incremental traffic driving placements within their publisher channels in exchange for commissions

    Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing

  • Ability to understand data-driven results (Direct Response marketing – mail, email & digital advertising)

  • Strong interpersonal skills required for communication with multiple departments, agencies, designers and colleagues

  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines and goals

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

  • Working knowledge of standard digital marketing tools including adobe / google analytics, adwords, DBM, DCM preferred

  • Experience using the adobe stack and a DMP a plus
