Description

Maintenance Contract Analyst will have responsibilities such as review and support for all maintenance contract renewals, generate invoice for maintenance, as well as provide support on Applicant Process business. In addition, this Contract Coordinator will also review and coordinate requests for bank guarantee, insurance bonds & certificate.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Track customer maintenance renewals including providing quotations, preparing and reviewing maintenance agreements and reporting on maintenance matrix.

  • Prepare invoices for maintenance on a timely basis for customer.

  • Serve as customer contact on maintenance agreements and renewals.

  • Engage with business team to increase maintenance renewal rate and improve reporting.

  • Provide support for Applicant Processing business such as customer account analyses, unapplied cash, reporting, process improvement, etc.

  • Review tender with insurance and bond requirement and prepare requests for insurance bond and bank guarantees.

  • Other ad hoc projects needed to support business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics and other related business majors from an accredited university

  • 3 or more years of experience in accounting, finance, business, and/or contracts

  • Experience in mentoring / coaching other team members

  • Experience in contract reviews and business law application is a plus

  • Experience in customer services is a plus

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Detail oriented with sound problem solving, analytical skills and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter, independent as well as a team player.

  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Excel (ie Pivot table, etc)

  • SAP B1, SAP, PeopleSoft, or other ERP system experience
