Loads trucks, moves boxes, makes boxes and lids and oversees the labeling and strapping of boxes. Must work without supervision because will not be monitored during the day, at the end of the day will be reviewed. Performs job functions relating to the processing, labeling, lidding, stacking, strapping, addressing, sorting, loading and dispatching of orders. Operate personal computer. Working knowledge of truck codes, mail plan, and shipping schedule. Learn shipping information and how to operate equipment. Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs. Physical exertion sometimes required in closing trailer doors and in placing pinlocks on trailers. Temperature extremes.

Working hours: M-Sat 5am to 3pm, varies


Must have proactive personality and take initiative. Very heavy labor must be able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the day Very noisy environment ear protection required at all times. Must be safety conscious because very high volume of forklifts. High School graduate or equivalent work experience. Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detailed work.
