Responsibilities:

The Mission Assurance Office Business Administration Section is seeking two ambitious and energetic business professionals for the position of Business Administrator. Business administrators team with group members to perform an array of challenging and engaging tasks in support of an assigned organization.


As a Business Administrator, you will support and occasionally lead tasks in the following areas:


  • Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition and New Employee Onboarding
  • Training Center Administration and Student Enrollment
  • Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting
  • Service Center Administration
  • Acquisitions (materials, labor and services)
  • Facilities Utilization, including Safety and Environmental Compliance
  • Communications and Information Technology Support

Ideal candidates will exhibit intellectual curiosity, have an interest in general business administration, and display the ability to leverage information systems and data analytics to produce value added business products and services.



Qualifications:

Successful Business Administrators are self-motivated individuals with excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail, who work independently and reliably to balance multiple priorities. Typical requirements include a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline with 1 year of relevant experience. You must be resourceful and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel. Model candidates possess the work ethic necessary to thrive in a demanding and dynamic work environment. You must demonstrate excellent teaming skills, high customer service standards and professionalism. Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of the suite of Microsoft Office Applications are essential, and a continuous improvement mindset is highly preferred. Experience with Learning Management and Tracking systems is a plus.
