Within an assigned area, stock the assembly bins with merchandise, and assures good housekeeping in assigned area. Continually check each assigned assembly bin to determine stock requirements, literature and prizes in both mechanical or manual assembly. Alert merchandise control personnel or assembly supervisors of stock needs in short supply and be responsible for assistance in 'splitting' stock from other lines. Obtain packers of merchandise from designated floor locations and conveyor, and put in the appropriate assembly bins. Assist assemblers with heavy lifting of packers when the need occurs. Keep assigned work area neat and clean.
Working hours: M-F 4am to 1pm
Must have high attention to detail. Be available to assist in campaign line, change operation, and occasional clean-up procedures. Responsible for maintenance of correct stock locations within assembly system. Observe all safety rules. Be available to work within the manual and mechanical common stock systems. Constant bending, reaching and lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to consistently lift boxes while climbing up to 3 stairs or ladder rungs.
