Robert Half Office Team Executive Assistant in Paramount, California

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative and personal tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential in nature; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for meetings and presentations; completing expense reports.

  • Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. In a "gatekeeper" role, create and maintain positive situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.

  • Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and to follow up appropriately. Acting as a "barometer" for the company, have a sense for the issues taking place in the moment and keep the CEO updated.

  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on all project related tasks.
