Complete a broad variety of administrative and personal tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential in nature; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for meetings and presentations; completing expense reports.
Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. In a "gatekeeper" role, create and maintain positive situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and to follow up appropriately. Acting as a "barometer" for the company, have a sense for the issues taking place in the moment and keep the CEO updated.
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on all project related tasks.
