Job summary:

Weare hiringan experiencedprofessional with 5 - 8yearsofclientmanagement and technologysalesexperience inthe financial industry.Youshouldhaveexpandedknowledgeof thefinancialservices industry,products,andservices.Youshouldhaveexperiencemanagingmedium tolargeaccountsandselling enterprisesolutionsto theseniormanagementand executivelevel.Youwillbemanagingexistingnamedaccounts,selling outsourcedservicesandlicensedsolutionsinto thosenamed accountsandresponsiblefor overallclientsatisfaction, alignment of FI's TechnologyStrategy withFISCorporateStrategy, accountretention, andcontinuedrevenuegrowth.

GENERAL DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

Workstoachieve assignedannual salesquota

  • Manages, plans, organizes, leadsandcontrols balancedsales growth,continuedaccount penetration, and customer satisfactionon a long-term multi-year focus

  • Actsas primary liaison betweenclient and FISandunderstandsclient'sneeds, including financial expectations andrestrictions

  • Develops and executes account plansto ensure continuedrevenue growthfrom account base

  • Performsdetailedterritoryreviewfor management(1st Quarter)providing information on assignedclient base

  • Demonstrates productand industry knowledge includingvarioussolutions, market strategies, and competitive intelligence

  • Prepares and presents proposalstoclients - utilizingFIS resourcesandtools. Garners sales management approval forproposalgenerationandapplyno discounts toproposals/contracts withoutobtaining FIS management approval.

  • Structures,negotiatesandcloses "deals" that meetcustomerexpectationsandFIS's abilityto deliver; utilizes appropriatecompanyresources pertheresources plantoprovide productmarketing supportor specialized productsalesexpertise

  • Negotiatestermsandconditions of FIS contractswith clientandensures terms arewithin FISstandards

  • Ensuresaccurateforecastingandpipeline managementas wellas accurate contentandcertificationof informationin EMSforassigned clients

  • Implements accountcoveragemethodologiesthatensure 100%renewalrates of current FIS clients

  • Identifies andreports "at risk"clients and escalates toexecutive management; prepares, implements,and executes

  • "at risk"plan

  • Listens and escalatesconcernsofcustomersregardingcurrent products/services

  • Withinclient organizations, builds network of both operationalandexecutive C-level usersand maintains knowledge of productsandservices utilized

  • WorksdirectlywithCorporateBriefingTeam toplan,coordinateandfacilitateclientmeetings atFIS officesandExecutiveand/orSalesExecutive visitsandpresentationsatclienton-site facilities

  • Prepares andsubmitsClient Call Report after eachclient visit

  • Other relateddutiesassigned as needed

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degreeoran equivalentcombinationofeducation and experienceasrequiredforthespecificjoblevel

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Requires 5 to 8years of fieldsalesexperience.

  • GoodunderstandingofFISproductsandservices

  • Generalknowledge offinancialand/orpaymentsolutionstechnologyincludingsystems,applications,andbankingpractices
