Job DescriptionRECRUITING MANAGER Job Description:This position is responsible for to support and follow through on recruiting strategies and operations from the Regional Recruiting ManagersESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:Pay rate: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly depending on experienceSCHEDULE: 8-30 - 5:00 pm - validated parkingLOCATION: LOS ANGELES (DOWNTOWN LA AREA) - THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION THAT MIGHT TURN IN TO FULL TIME. ( 6 MONTHS MINIMUM WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSIONS) ISMS Experience a plus.Must have reliable transportation and will be expected to drive on occasion. Must pass a Drivers' Screen, Background and 5 panel drug screen Execute targeted recruiting strategies to build and maintain an ongoing, ready pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company s hiring needs at all times within the assigned region. Strategies must be all encompassing to incorporate all available recruitment sources, while building a consistent approach across the assigned region. Research, identify and develop community based relationships to proactively promote the brand. Foster partnerships with individuals and organizations, both locally and on a national level, to build brand loyalty to company as a source for qualified applicants. Attend vendor/partner events, programs and meetings, as well as company specific hiring events. Create, develop and distribute targeted recruitment marketing materials, utilizing all available marketing channels and vehicles (i.e., print, online, in person, etc.). Partnering with the Regional Recruiting Manager, Regional Vice Presidents, General/Branch Managers, and Operations Managers in assigned region, develop strategies to proactively recruit and meet hiring needs. Attend branch meetings as agreed with branch management, and present strategies and ideas for expanding applicant sourcing and recruiting approaches. Regularly review, plan and direct with branches on Open Requisition Reports, upcoming new account needs, and replacement personnel needs. Proactively plan for new account start-ups and other branch-level hiring surges to anticipate recruiting support needs. Work with Regional Recruiting Manager and other Regional Recruiters to develop and maintain a Recruiting Toolbox of ideas, flyers, brochures, and methods that can be modified and adapted to each hiring need and region as appropriate. Includes creating a Resource Binder of all existing (and ongoing new) recruiting techniques and resource2-4 years recruiting experience.They will be working on the largest branch in the US. Emphasis on developing and keeping pipeline full of prospective candidates a must. Able to travel within the supported region with own transportation.
