Work You ll DoManager, Human Capital (HC), HR Transformation (HRT), SAP, SuccessFactors: Lead and deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Participate in the selection, design, and implementation of technology-enabled business and HR solutions for clients. Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships and lead projects from planning through execution. Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Perform the role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities. Guide the design future state HR processes for Human Capital Management (HCM) web-based applications including SAP, SuccessFactors and HANA Cloud Platform (HCP) including planning, configuration, and completion of the go-live process. Assist clients and lead global and localization workshops and blueprint sessions, and gather functional and technical requirements for SAP and SuccessFactors implementations. Oversee maintaining and updating configuration workbooks throughout prototype, design, and review phases and design workshops. Manage performing configuration and unit testing in SAP modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Recruiting and ESS/MSS. Lead development of test scenarios and scripts for unit testing, integration testing, and UAT testing phases. Support the preparation of test strategy and testing defects utilizing HPQC and Remedy. Provide assistance with project financials, including monitoring project issues, implementing cost effective measures and establishing project deadlines and deliverables. Guide team in developing end user training materials and supporting client teams in the delivery of training. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management of Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
