Manager, Affiliate Marketing - Television - Los Angeles, CA

Major studio hiring a Manager, Affiliate Marketing - Television


  • Develop expertise on assigned list of off-network programs, and serve as brand ambassador for these programs to broadcast clients.

  • Create and implement strategic, multi-platform affiliate marketing initiatives to drive affiliate support/ratings.

  • Provide strategy and make creative recommendations on marketing materials and projects produced by internal teams, including launch campaigns, on-air generic promos, and sales presentations.

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials to affiliates, managing alerts platform and email marketing tools with ability to assess performance and ID opportunities to improve usage (e.g. open/click through rates)

  • Assist in leading affiliate portal strategy - vendor management, project oversight and serve as liaison with other groups to ensure effective development and role out of portal capabilities.

  • Assist in leading social media marketing strategies, provide marketing recommendations and make creative decisions on social media and web materials produced for affiliates. Lead analysis of social media efforts to determine program effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.


  • Minimum 5 years experience in entertainment marketing with TV marketing (broadcast and/or cable) background preferred

  • Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

  • Bachelor's Degree

Pay rate: $35 - $40/hr
