IA/Cyber Systems Engineer
LinQuest is seeking an IA/Cyber Systems Engineer to work in the GPS Directorate of the US Air Force (USAF) Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) in Los Angeles, CA.
Consult with senior decision makers on technical solutions.
Evaluate technical risk and provide guidance on Risk Management Framework (RMF) evaluation.
Ability to solve problems quickly and interface with all levels of the organization.
Perform security assessment using cyber tools such as NMAP, NESSUS, and ACAS.
Evaluate systems using Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) tools.
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and IT
2+ years of experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF) evaluation including NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and DoDI 8510.01
Active Secret clearance is required
2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, including Requirements Analysis, Architecture and Design Analysis, and Network and System Topologies
Experience in one of the key areas: Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI), Networking, and System Administration, including Microsoft, SCCM, WSUS, and HBSS
