Boutique, friendly downtown law firm is hiring for a competent Office Manager with experience in smaller offices (<15 employees). Position is responsible for managing all aspects of the office and working closely with 4 partners. Duties include, but are not limited to: HR – Supervision of employees, New hire orientation, maintaining Employee files etc. A/R - Preparing monthly client bills, monthly A/R reports etc. A/P – General accounting, payment of vendors (using QuickBooks) IT– general trouble shooting (we have a designated IT who performs majority of IT tasks) Annual State reporting Maintenance of insurance renewals Daily operation – ordering supplies, communication with building management, equipment maintenance etc. Other miscellaneous duties as required by the partners.
