Role Summary/Purpose:

FieldCore is seeking an experienced individual to join the Data Analytics Team to lead the Site Compensation Program for FieldCore. The Site Compensation Leader will work closely with all regions and Regional Ops Leaders as well as Service Managers to ensure

the program is followed, drive compliance, and lead any future enhancement.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the consistent execution of the Site Compensation Program across all regions

  • Develop and deliver program training materials across all regions

  • Serve as project lead on future developments and enhancements of the Site Compensation program

  • Ensure accurate data capture and data maintenance

  • Analyze appropriate field performance metrics and calculate final compensation amounts

  • Work closely with Regional Ops Leaders and Service Managers to ensure full compliance and on-time delivery of the process

  • Responsible to work closely with HR and Finance to ensure the payout is per policy in each region.

  • Enhance the process with EHS and Quality as well as the regions key deliverables.

  • Service as project, team lead to ensure accurate program processing

  • Perform other duties as assignedQualifications/Requirements

  • 4+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge

  • 2+ years managing and developing employees

  • 2+ years of specialized/industry experience

  • Experience in power generation or technical industry can be substituted for degree and/or project management experienceDesired Characteristics

  • Familiar with Power Services processes and systems

  • Dynamic, team player with demonstrated ability to influence regional stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment

  • Strong quality background with Green Belt certification or equivalent quality certification

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership skills and business acumen

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and verbal & written communication skills

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Tableau knowledge

  • Ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines
