A non-profit located in West LA is in search of an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Job duties include booking travel, meeting coordination, calendar and contact management, scheduling, and written correspondence on behalf of the executives. Job duties also include coordinating high level meetings and general administrative support. OfficeTeam is looking for an organized, detail-oriented candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Executive Assistant must have a high level of professionalism as they will be dealing with confidential information. This is a temporary position but has the potential to go full-tim for the right candidate. Pay is up to $70k. The non-profit offers competitive benefits once full time.
