The Digital Customer Service Representative will be responsible for: - Helping to resolve customer service issues and cancelation requests via email and live chat -Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting customer retention goals -Establishing customer accounts -Updating customer account information -Providing information and education concerning service types, billing, charges and contracts. -Acting as a customer's advocate, solving problems on their behalf with other departments and escalating if necessary. The Ideal Digital Customer Service Representative should be: -Bilingual Spanish -Have 2 years of high level customer service experience in a call center or live chat/digital customer service environment -Have superior spelling and grammar -Type 45 WPM -Have experience of using the Microsoft Office Suite -Have outstanding customer service skills and a desire to go above and beyond to provide an outstanding customer experience This opportunity pays up to $14.50 per hour and is set to last 6 months with the possibility of becoming contract to full-time Don't miss out on this opportunity!
