Resources Global Professionals (RGP) Agile Project Manager in Los Angeles, California

Professional Qualifications:

  • Agile Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager or Program Manager

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years working in an Agile environment

  • High level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability

  • Experience in leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams

  • Experience with structured business analysis using tools and techniques and demonstrated use and knowledge of Project Management methodologies and processes

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment and interface well with associate’s at all organizational levels

  • Experience developing and maintaining standard project documentation, project plans, agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to company Project Management Standards and Software Development Lifecycle best practices

  • Full Life Cycle implementation experience with large corporate systems including but not limited to: ERP, CRM, COTS, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Healthcare and Clinical Applications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required

  • Experienced PMP and CSM is preferred, Six Sigma, or similar certifications is a plus

  • Fortune 500 background and/or Big Four Consulting experience is preferred
