Robert Half Office Team Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California
A mid-Wilshire non-profit organization is in search of a temporary to full time Program Assistant to join their team. In this role you will directly support the grants division. Candidate will respond to all grant requests and you will document information in Excel. The ideal Administrative Assistant has database and CRM experience, ideally in Raiser's Edge. You will be using Raiser's Edge for inputting attributes, logging audit forms and recording expenses. Additional duties include heavy scheduling, event planning, logistics, and interaction with various parties. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, great follow up, and strong time management capabilities are a must. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should be very tech savvy. This is a Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30pm work schedule with a one hour lunch. Friday hours are 8:30 – 3:30. This is a temporary to full time opportunity paying up to $60K for the right candidate. Prior non-profit experience is preferred.
