Kforce has a client seeking a IT Services Technician Level II in Hawthorne, CA. Overview:The Company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide support to our user community. To be successful, this person must be self-directed, motivated, organized, and results-driven. This person must have excellent listening skills, and is required to have excellent oral and written communication skills. As a motivated technologist, this person must understand current technologies, and must be continuously exploring and experimenting with new technologies. Responsibilities:

  • Document, deploy, and support a wide range of technologies used by the teams

  • Work closely with the IT Systems, Networking, Applications, and Information Security

  • Supporting Windows & iOS operating systems

  • Supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, and Lync/Office Communicator

  • Assist with WebEx, Skype, and other video conferencing technologies

  • 2 years of experience managing Windows systems. Work experience building, deploying, and supporting computer systems within a mid to large enterprise environment

  • Willing to work extended hours or weekends as necessary

  • Able to lift 25lbs unassisted

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Windows 7, 8, 10 (Advanced Knowledge)

  • Registry functions (Structure, Keys, etc.)

  • Network troubleshooting and support

  • Encryption (Bitlocker, etc.)

  • Hardware configuration and troubleshooting

  • File share server management

  • Network print infrastructure

  • Microsoft Office

  • Web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer)

  • Anti-virus / anti-malware software

  • Client Certificates (ADCS, enrollment, etc.)

  • Software VPN clients (Cisco, etc.)

  • Task sequence imaging (SCCM preferred)

  • Software deployment (SCCM preferred)

  • Active Directory User and Computer account management

  • Active Directory Creation and management of distribution and security groups

  • Exchange Client connectivity, rules, and configuration

  • DNS and DHCP management

  • iOS and Android troubleshooting
