Kelly Services is currently recruiting for long-term, temporary to hire, call center/customer service positions in City of Industry, CA for a global, Fortune 500 organization.In this role, you will:--Interface with customers via inbound calls--Troubleshoot and resolve routine problems with products or services--Log inquiries and complaints in the company database--Assist in tracking product while providing excellent customer service--Update customer records upon requestRequirementsWe are looking for people who are very detail-oriented and are able to multitask effectively in a working environment.
