We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team. You'll be managing, planning, coordinating, and executing all operations of the organizations Information Technology Systems. Additionally, you will be directing the research and development of new technological solutions and the ongoing support and maintenance of existing applications. The IT Manager will have the opportunity to develop and spearhead the departments strategic and tactical technology plans.

Additional responsibilities in this position include:

  • Design and implement short and long term plans to ensure infrastructure capacity and availability meets existing and future requirements.

  • IT operations management including system monitoring, back up and recovery, Active Directory, Virtualization, hosted web server management

  • Participation in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with the executive team

  • Establish service level agreements

  • Infrastructure administration and project management

  • Manage network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop maintenance strategies

  • Manage operations costs, financial forecasts for expanded functionalist/user base

  • Asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation


  • Experience cloud computing

  • Experience skill solving complex technical issues

  • Bachelors Degree in related study or similar experience

  • 5+ years managing and implementing technology programs, computer system infrastructure and design, network operations, security design, application development and configurations, and system/server administration

  • 2+ years supervisory role over technical team

  • Certification in VMware & CISCO preferred

  • Administration skills supporting Windows and Linux

  • Strong management, analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills required.
